The problem

Client was in a pretty good place, but was ready to take it to the next level. Inconsistent growth and a brand image that needed a revamp.
The client wanted more appointments and better brand perception.

Our approach

We refreshed the brand visuals and mediums (e.g. website) to better align with client’s needs after recognizing room for improvement, using a modern, clean design that aligns with brand values. This positioned the brand from a psychology-backed point of view to elicit a happier and more trusting response from their customers.

We also completely overhauled the paid ad funnel with a new campaign, as we identified key gaps and weaknesses. This allowed to further segment the acquisition funnel, to let us target more specifically.

THE NUMBERS: Growth in bookings as shown above - actual data. Within three months, we reached a new record for monthly bookings, beating the old previous record by an additional 86%.

As of writing this case study, this client is projected to break that record by month 4, hitting a new record of 128% increase on top of the original record.
And all of this was done on 9% LESS ad spend.
